It’s nearly impossible to state all conditions in one document, which is why we won’t even try. We are not lawyers, nor are we gangsters. We design high quality shirts the Italian way. It’s as simple as that!

Our conditions are straight-forward and easy to read. We don’t act according to strict rules, but according to the logic of these conditions.

Our Money Back Guarantee
When you buy a t-shirt from Maffia, you can expect an exclusive, high quality product. Of course it’s possible that you are not entirely satisfied with the choice of your t-shirt, the fit or the color. That is possible. Anything is possible.

From the day you receive your t-shirt, you still have 14 days to change your mind. If you would like to send your t-shirt back, simply e-mail us your order number and contact details to returns[at]maffiaclothing.com, along with your reason for returning the item. Please also indicate if you wish to return the item for a refund of the original purchase prize, or if you wish to exchange it for a different size, design or color. We will reply to your e-mail with an RMA number (Return Merchandise Authorization).

Please note that you send the shirt back in the new, unworn condition in the original packaging and with the tags attached. Please include the RMA with your return to ensure proper handling of your shipment on our end. We do not refund the shipping charges of your original shipment. However, if you decide to exchange your t-shirt we will ship the replacement to you free of charge.

Shipping costs
If it was possible we would love to deliver every t-shirt on our Vespa, just like a real pizza delivery service. Unfortunately though, this is not always an option and besides, we like to keep the shipping costs as low as possible for our customers all over the world. So instead, we made UPS and TNT Business an offer they could not refuse.

All our deliveries are shipped by UPS or TNT Business (depending on your destination) to make sure that your order is delivered correctly. As soon as we ship you will receive a tracking number by e-mail so you can follow your shipment online. The only one who can sign for the delivery is the recipient.

Delivery time
Maffia sends out two shipments a week. We will do our utmost to deliver your shirt as soon as possible. As an indication, you can estimate the delivery time to be 2-5 working days after your shipment has been picked up.

Payment
We accept both Visa and MasterCard. Creditcard transactions are being processed according to strict safety requirements of our payment service provider Multisafepay. You will be redirected to the safe environment of Multisafepay. For further information, please visit www.multisafepay.com

Maffia Clothing is a verified user by PayPal. Paypal allows you to make fast and secure payments using your debit card, credit card or your bank account. If you need to set up a new Paypal account, or for further information, please visit www.paypal.com

Please note that depending on the method of payment chosen it will take a maximum of 2-5 working days to process your payment. Untill payment is received the status of your order is ‘pending’. Don’t panic, the confirmation of your order is enough to secure shipment of your order as soon as payment is processed. The status will then change to ‘shipped’.

Change your order
If the payment of your order has not been processed yet, you can still make adjustments online. Under my account in my orders you can see the status of your order, change it and complete the necessary steps for payment.

Change your personal details
When you visit our website you can always review your personal details and if necessary change them via my account. Your personal details are secured with a password. Of course it is your own responsibility to keep your password secure.

Order safely
Maffia uses secured SSL certificates in order to make your payment safe. These certificates secure the Internet communication.

We handle your personal details with care
We only ask for the personal details necessary to fulfill your order. We don’t use them for any other purpose. You can always access and change your personal details via my account. Your details are secured with a password. Of course it is your own responsibility to keep your password secure. We only use your e-mail address to update you about the new collection and interesting projects of Maffia Clothing via our newsletter.
