GENERAL INFORMATION
PERSONAL INFORMATION
MAFFIACLOTHING.COM (in the following MAFFIA) is committed to protecting your privacy. Personal information that you provide to us directly is maintained in private files on our secure web server and our internal systems. Registering for an account is optional. Only your name and contact info will be kept on record. We do not, under any circumstances, store credit card numbers. All credit card information transmitted are handled by PayPal's secure connection. In the unfortunate event that your information has been leaked or misused MAFFIA cannot be held liable for any losses incurred to you.
MAFFIA will not sell or release your email address or any other information to any other parties. We may use the information we collect to periodically notify you about new services or special offers we think you'll find valuable. If you would rather not receive this information, you may send an e-mail to info[at]maffiaclothing.com with "unsubscribe" as the subject line.
You may purchase products only for personal use and not for resale. By placing your order, you certify that you are purchasing products for personal use only and not for resale. We reserve the right to refuse orders for any reason without explanation.
ORDER INFORMATION
Orders are usually processed the same businessday, monday through friday, excluding weekends and holidays. All the orders whatever their origin are payable in Euros.
METHODS OF PAYMENT
We accept payments via creditcard Paypal (International) and bank transfer Ideal (Benelux only).
If you would like to pay with creditcard, you can do that via Paypal. Registration with PayPal is not required. Creditcard purchases made through the MAFFIACLOTHING.COM store are secured through PayPal, the most trusted internet payment processing company. All personal and credit card information transmitted are handled by PayPal's secure connection. Personal contact information transmitted to us will never be sold or shared.

SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
All of MAFFIA shipping is done using the TNT Postal Service, which normally takes about 2-7 days, that offers a delivery confirmation service that assures us that your package arrives safely. All shipments are insured worldwide and the buyer assumes all responsibilities of claims made with the shipping carrier. All packages must be signed for.
International orders are shipped using TNT International Air Mail, which normally takes about 1-2 weeks, but also depends largely on the destination country's postal service. Please allow up to 4 weeks for international orders since some packages will be held up in customs in the destination country. All packages must be signed for.
NOTE: If a package is returned to MAFFIA because the buyer did not claim the package, MAFFIA does not send replacements. MAFFIA cannot be held responsible for any lost package.

CUSTOM CHARGES
International orders are subject to being charged customs fees by the destination county's government. We have no control over how much you are charged for customs. Please understand that we cannot be held responsible for any additional charges the destination country imposes on you. We make every effort on our end to make these duties, taxes and fees as low as possible.

EXCHANGES AND REFUNDS
MAFFIA understands that exchanges may happen. Returns will be accepted for exchange or store credit only. In order to exchange an order you must contact us first. You may return an item for exchange or refund within 14 days of ship date (with pre-approval). International orders may only be exchanged within 30 days of ship date. The manufacturer's original tags must be intact and still attached to the unworn and unwashed garment. If the item does not fit, it can be exchanged for the proper size. Sale items excluded. All sales on sale items are final. Shipping and handling is not refundable.
We reserve the right to refuse a return on any product that does not meet these requirements. In a situation where there is a defect in your item, contact us immediately by e-mail:info[at]maffiaclothing.com and let us know and we will take care of it.
